It is a vast desert or steppe, with few human\nsettlements, but the landscape is excellent. Near the city, there is the Bogda Ula mountain reserve (Holy Mountain).\nTo the west of the capital, on the bank of the Orkhon River, there are\nexcavations of the Karakorum, the ancient capital of the mongol empire. Nearby\nis the first in northern Mongolia and one of the largest Buddhist monasteries,\nbuilt in the 16<sup>th<\/sup> century. It has become a famous museum now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To the north &#8211; west of the province of har &#8211; horin, cave paintings of the Neolithic and Bronze Age have been discovered. Rock painting can be found in some river canyons, and in the desert of southern Gobi there are giant paleolithic workshops. Among the natural attractions, the most attractive is the powerful waterfall on the upper reaches of the Orkhon River. In the Gobi desert, fossil animals from the Jurassic and Cretaceous periods can be found. The flora of the Mongolian steppes is relatively poor and monotonous, but among the rare species of fauna, the Mongolian antelope, the wild camel and the desert bear can be mentioned. The rivers are exceptionally rich in fish, which makes the country very attractive for sport fishing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-web-online-studio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttp:\/\/webonlinestudio.com\/blog\/hire-audi-a8-to-enjoy-thrilling-drive-on-roads-in-dubai\/\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ulan Bator was\nfounded in 1639 and is a political, commercial and cultural center of the\ncountry. The city can be safely called &#8216;the most unusual capital of Asia&#8217;. The\nresidents of the capital can live in a yurt in the center of the city. They\noften saddles a horse right in the doorway of his house to go to work. The country&#8217;s rich history is reflected in many museums in the capital, including the Museum of Fine Arts, the Natural History Museum, where one of the best dinosaur bone collections in the world is stored, the National History Museum, the Museum of Fine Arts. Arts with a rich collection of crafts, the National Toy Museum and many others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nneighborhood of Ulan Bator is no less fun. For example, there is a beautiful\nvalley with the Manzushir Monastery in the town of Dulun &#8211; Boldog. Bogda Ula\nMountain is the birthplace of Genghis Khan, where you can see the monument to\nthe great conqueror and founder of the Mongol Empire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Special\nattention should be paid to Lake Hovsgol, the deepest lake in Central Asia. It\noffers luxurious fishing opportunities, and the surrounding forests are inhabited\nby many wild animals. This area is very picturesque and is often called the\n&#8220;Switzerland of Mongolia&#8221;.\n\nThe ruins of Karakorum remember the times when\nit used to be the capital of the Mongol empire. But only some attractions\nsurvived here, including the Ogedei Khan palace, the remains of stone walls,\nartisan neighborhood, numerous religious buildings and Buddhist
